It is a prediction...LU's annual meeting is on Wednesday, and there are predictions out there that they will announce a split. On this year's proxy voting, there was a request to increase the number of approved outstanding shares. LU currently doesn't have enough for a 2-1 split, but on 2/17 if the measure passes (which it probably will), they will have enough and the conjecture is that they will announce a 2-1 split. I happen to agree with this prediction, but it is only a prediction, not a fact. You'll know on Wednesday. Evan
