AV--"Past Performance...." Funny expression you used. At my company, the performance review process used for all employees and the interview process used for all prospective employees clearly states: "Past performance is a key indicator of expected future performance and past behaviors are a clear indicator of future behavior". Our company and its recent decisions on hiring and appraisals is a clear example of how these statements are entirely inaccurate. However , as long as it is in print, people still believe it is true and spew all the verbage and carry the flag of belief. Happy trading today.
