Chirodoc - the one deficiency Mr. Cramer has is that he doesn't state why the Democrats are going to defeat MSFT. - what has MSFT done that's illegal? - all of MSFT's deals, tie-ins, etc.... are all legal and go on every day. Granted, it's more noticeable when #1 does it, but none of it was illegal.
