As I said in the reply it happens in all programs even after removing them and then reloading. Why does it happen in all programs? So are you trying to tell me that Dell does not function well with most software programs? (wish I had known that before buying it) Why do these problems not happen on my Toshiba 425 laptop or the Mac laptop that I still have? Nothing would make me happier than to have the problems solved - alas I have tried for almost a year now with no luck.
