Probart, Sorry to hear about your problems with your Dell and I do not doubt the truth in your statements. I just wanted to say my father has a late model Toyota Camry that LEAKS OIL. What does that have to do with Dell you ask? Well, my dad is on his 7th or 8th Toyota Camry and has never had a major problem with them and yet his current Camry leaks oil. That doesn't mean a Camry is a piece of junk, it just means he finally got one with a problem. You are frustrated with your Dell but millions of other owners are very happy with their purchase. I've used many Dell computers over the years and have had nothing but great service with them. Given current market conditions with Dell, your negative comments hit a nerve with some investors. Maybe that is your intention and maybe it isn't. Again, sorry to hear your computer "leaks oil" but I still think Dell makes great computers the vast majority of the time.
