Terry, authorized shares will soon total 975,000,000!

I wonder why BICO doesn't just ask shareholders to approve a few billion shares at one time and get it over with? Remember last year, when BICO asked for an increase in authorized shares "just in case it was needed?" They then issued millions of shares in the next few weeks.
