CyBerCorp is listening We read this and related threads daily The feedback is extremely valuable to us Our customers also provide feedback daily to us by way of two chatrooms that they have access to One is CyBerChat, which is a CyBerTrader training and support room, primarily for trader and product-related questions Secondly, the Electronic Communicator is a technical and brokerage support chat room – a quick and easy way to get a response online The message that I hear on the CyBerTrader thread recently is three fold 1. Strive to continually enhance the technology and specifically work on the following now  Timely Index Quotes  Fastest Quote Speeds  Stability and Reliability  Better Charts 2. Provide News 3. Provide training on the use of Smart Key technology and the Dynamic Ticker Understood. Agreed. We are onto it. And will provide an update on each of these shortly here on this thread There was also a question as to how we felt traders could get trained – click on the Trader Training button on the front page of the CyBerCorp web site (http://www.cybercorp.com) and it opens you up to “Ten Ways to get Trained…” . One of the ways is within the Interactive Training Center – which provides an array of third party sources and resources for traders – many of them FREE and many of them online - to help themselves to get trained – online and within classrooms.
