I do not understand why you come on this thread and bad mouth Dell's reputation. I have never heard anyone complain about their professionalism or the quality of their products. I have always found the staff at Dell to be courteous, informative and quick to resolve any questions or problems that I may put forth. Why don't you buy stock in this company and over the long term I think you will be pleased Frank
