I for one would welcome negative views of Dell since it will keep us longs on our toes. (I do have those negative views myself as Dell is not infallible. I will post them if anyone is interested). Yet ranting that Dell is a piece of sh*t does not add anything to the thread, and does not solve your problem either. It seems that you are having a vendetta against Dell by fighting a windmill which has nothing to do with your problem. Please call Dell customer service. Paul
