I agree with you 110 %. However will present shareholder receive the the good fortune of Softworks or will Computer Concepts' CEO issue more share and dilute shareholder interest?

If a purposed deal to purchase CCEE's remaining 70% interest is handled fairly. Then CCEE could be valued anywhere between "7 to 8 dollars" depending on how well Softworks does in 1999.

However, the key would is "FAIRLY". An CCEE management hasn't shown any concern to their shareholders.
