J. Kenyon (and all other Dega shareholders):

Your post was very interesting (your questions and responses from Dawn Legg at Dega). I think her comments were very consistent with updates I have had with JP, The Minneapolis Co. and BL Francis (investor relations company, Capital and Media Partners).

A few comments to add to what J. Kenyon posted:

1. On your post from Dawn (Post #31), item #2: "We do have releases waiting in the wings".....I think this is very good news and I heard the same comments from JP and BL (I think we will see releases during the last two weeks in February).

2. I had a positive conversation with BL Francis, the new Public Relations co. for Dega. His number is 407-839-1987. Their relationship started with Dega in 12/98. Some of the key items he mentioned included:
* Actively addressing S&P certification to allow more states (and brokers) to have ready access to Dega. This will allow Dega to get on more brokers and analysts radar screens.
* BL talking about building Dega (and their story to the investment community)with a strong foundation, not just a single "event".
* BL seems to understand Dega's story and technology very well. He made insightful observations on their business-to-business e-commerce implications and just how big a story Dega may become.
* He mentioned Nasdaq listing in the future (I took that to mean this year, not a pie-in-the-sky comment).
* I think BL (as a former broker) knows what he is doing, has plenty of contacts and he is working hard to get the Dega story in front of the right people while building the company's current value (as the stock price appreciates, it will be able to be acquired by more brokers/portfolios that have minimum stock value requirements)
* Good chance of news in February

3. Update from The Minneapolis Company: Bottom line (I don't know the details why exactly), they expect the stock to be a lot higher than $3 by the end of the month.

4. I received an email from JP on Friday (who has been very busy with calls to NY and Europe on private investment programs). Again, his update was positive and it is obvious that the company has a lot of pokers in the fire. His closing comment was "I will touch ground soon and will address the news to our shareholders".

I am also encouraged by the stock's rebound on Friday on a bad Nasdaq day. Let's see where we go for the week (my guess is UP)! I look forward to all comments and responses.
