Tom, all: carrier and model recommendations requested, please. Number One son works for bleeding edge outfit in Vienna, VA and is looking for "state of the world" cell phone. He has reluctantly deigned to consider dad's advice (it being only a cowinkydink that dad will be in the District this week and might be induced to go on a shopping trip). What do y'all think? Bell Atlantic or Sprint? He's a flat out gen-Xer who wants this baby for his only phone, i.e., will be buying a 1000 minutes package or whatever and then tossing his wireline out his apartment window. Needs vibrating, paging, forwarding, short messaging, and every other bell and whistle know to Irwin and crew. Any of you guys inside the Beltway got any ideas that might rescue me from Luddite classification? Thanks in advance. Surfer Mike
