My first impression of IRIS was not good...

I was trying to book travel from BUR > SEA....not a high priced ticket. Thought I'd try out my company(own IFLYW)...and registered. Pretty painless....until I finally got through the queue and reached "Agent Stephen".... Got the first itinerary...with a stop in SFO on the return...$30+savings over published airfare....so far, so good...EXCEPT I can't know the carrier, nor can I get an answer to my question of "is there a change of planes in SFO?" Well, when I finally find out that there is a change of planes and only 30minutes in which to do so, I request another itinerary, and am summarily dumped back into the starting position of re-submitting my options or logging off.

I will not use this system as my first choice in the future.

I still hope for profits from my IFLYW holdings, but I do not intend to be a long-term holder of this company unless my next, distant, contact with their service is improved.
