Colleen,
Some great questions there. I just got off the phone with Jerry Nabridge and have some answers:

Have you ever heard of Blip and Blab? And acclaimed language program, would this be integrated into the school systems or as cartoons to the general public?

I personally of have not heard of them. Blip and Blab is something owned by Philips Electronics and Kenwick markets for them. Kenwick places ads in various foreign language newspapers and waits for calls to come in. Someone at Kenwick speaks the language of the newspaper the ad was placed in. If the caller has children, Blip and Blab is mentioned as a learning tool for the children. The marketing does not involve school systems or cartoons to the general public (good ideas).

I don't know much about the foreign language side of Kenwick. Mr. Nabridge tells that Automax is 90% of the company revenues so my DD focus so far has been on that angle.

...odd combination. Any idea how they came up with automobile financing and language "tapes" as a basis for a company?

I agree with your assessment that it's an "odd combination." I asked about that myself. What I was told was that the president of the language company has been friends with the president of the auto company for about 20 years when the deal took place. The auto company got to become a public company right away, via the merger, and the language company got the increased revenues. Kenwick then changed its name from "Kenwick, Inc." to "Kenwick Industries" and opened themselves to making other acquisitions. No other acquisitions yet, so I agree that the dual combination they currently have looks strange.

...do you know if they are planning on becoming reporting prior to their desire to become listed on the NASADQ, or will these events coincide?

Kenwick is shooting to be a fully reporting company between June and September 1999. They want to become a fully-listed NASDAQ stock but have to wait and see what happens with the stock price first.

I hope that helps. I should have some more info later this week regarding web pages for the Kenwick products and, I hope, the name of the Florida brokerage house that is supposed to start covering KWIN. If the speculation I'm hearing is accurate, the coverage would start this week.

Good luck,
Chris
