Sounds like a delay in new series/strikes? Let's see if the BCST series and CMGI 165-180's show up Monday. I agree the software is addictive. The speed on a 28.8 modem blows me away. Too bad I can't get a referral fee, I think I've been responsible for a few folks picking up the service by a few general comments. Could probably move a lot of business that way with some incentive. Biggest problem seems to be support, but once signed up the software doesn't seem to require much. I haven't had the need to contact the separate QCharts support...maybe they're more responsive. Thought about proposing a "by the hundred" fee to Chris to have my wife sit next to me all day and knock down the service backlog.<g> sf
