Cash @ 2/3rds ownership..... Mr. Fido, if I were Mr. Marriot and committed $70mm in return for 2/3rds ownership in a company that's about to redefine the LD and telcom market for small businesses and retail, coming up with cash would not be a problem. Marriot is in the drivers seat. He a big, warm investor with deep pockets and they are treating him like gold. The stock is treading water in an bearish environment - the professionals control the market. This is the time to buy. They have plenty of cash committed. The momentum behind this think is about to turn positive for the longer term. I have been posting on Yahoo the past few days. Best.
