You read it right. I would suggest you call him at the 1-888 number in the preamble of this thread. It's a good idea to remind them there are shareholders out here waiting for news and we certainly should know the total outstanding. I'm sure he knows the phone number of the transfer agent. One might ask directly if a roll-back is being considered.
