Hogger, Your comments on CBNR and M.J. are on target. With the understanding that you and I were there for approximately two hours. In that time we had M.J. and his undivided attention. We discussed The past management problems and how they were handled. To my surprise, M.J. produced various legal documents for us to peruse in detail. Very unusual, I wonder if I would have the forthrightness to disclose my company's legal documentation if the roles were reversed?. I chalk it up to M.J.s straightforward manner,I like that in a CEO. Our discussion about PACE was limited, however, I feel M.J. is confident about its resources. Did he have to sweeten the pot to make the deal? most likely, probably no more, and no less than anyone else in his position. The demonstration of one of the mold machines, being retrofitted with M.J.s patented design is so simple yet so clever. It doubles the number of pallets produced by each machine, versus the competition. Another unique feature is the ability of the machine to produce more PSI (pounds per square inch) than any machine in use today. M.J. has refused to manufacture any "custom" Pallets, and devote all his time and energy towards his "CASH COW" the standard shipping pallet. Which is the proper direction in my opinion. I wish everybody on this thread could visit CBNR and its facility,we have a real Company, with a real CEO, with a real product, and a REALLY, REALLY big edge over the competition. Hope this adds to the information we are all looking for. Robert McNabb |
