I did some more checking ... It's been trading under the symbol of HHHP since September. It's been a penny stock till Friday when it opened at $1.93 from a previous close of 1/4 and closed at $4+ on 36K in volume. On Feb. 3 they announced the acquisition of Mindcorp, our little Auction company. The acquisition is supposed to be completed tomorrow, along with our symbol change. Stock was up 1600% on Friday ... this one could be dangerous. Everyone be very careful tomorrow. I guess we'll know if this one is "in play" tomorrow because it should reach Friday's volume in minutes Anyways, it's on my watch list for tomorrow along with HHHH, INDI & GBFE ...
