Good strategy, Magnifique. I'd run that play.

Only thing I don't understand is your reference to "amount of bulls 67,8/ also typical for tops." Not clear to what you're referring here.

Know "Uncle Ralph" at Pru and Henry B. at CIBC Opp, among others, are negative. But see nothing wrong here except that the big firms want to churn. Brazil a non-event, Fed tightening a joke, Internet "bubble" a mirage, earnings disappointments relatively few. Dow's done nothing in '99 anyway. Ditto R2K. Valuations somewhat high relative to earnings, but not so high if another rate cut is coming (dollar too high, trade deficit out of control, etc.). Tons of cash on sidelines. Thus, isn't this noise a "buy" signal?

What am I missing?
