Larry,

They will not be out of money in March!
They will be out of cash in March, but they still have an undrawn $7.5M line available. It will increase the debt and interest payments but they can keep afloat until June. No need to worry until then.

We can be patient for the next three months, then we can start worrying if no contract comes in by then. We only need a $4M contract to get more grants from IBD so that seems quite doable.
