I told Clinton when he took office if he wanted to help this country

Paunch, Do I detect an interesting story behind this comment??

Are you a FOB? Watch out!! "TheStreet" doesn't like government workers.

And he is very condecending towards those who work for someone else and make hourly wages. He sent me an incredibly Elitist PM today, that shocked even me.

Btw, if people chose not to assume debt, then very little economic progress would occur. The system of credit is what makes economic progress possible. It spreads out the risk so that if some fail, others will succeed handsomely.

But I can sympathise. I prefer paying in cash over credit. Always have, probably always will. My father purchased some inexpensive rental properties over a decade ago. Instead of taking out a loan, he paid cash from his savings. Never agreed with that concept, since there were other places to make money without tying it up in an illiquid rental property (or he could have leveraged himself and bought a few more) but he feels happy that they are paid for.

Regards,

Ron
