3COM market leader in following:

1. Network cards - 49% market share
2. U.S Robotic modems - 65% market share
3. Palm pilot/ Palm XXX - 75% market share

What product do they have that does not have major market share.

3COM has been mentioned as a candidate for a buyout for over two years....eventually that will happen.

IBM, Seimens, Motorola and Intel are possible suitors. The market cap. at just under $12 billion is peanuts to these companies if they do a stock swap.
