Haven't seen the news on the wire - maybe waiting for the market to open tomorrow. Nice though, nineteen is a nice number and the access rights to info is good.

Universities to Begin Studies With ssDNA Expression Vector

HOUSTON -- February 15, 1999 -- Cryogenic Solutions, Inc. (OTC BB: CYGS)
announced today that it will begin shipping, at cost, kits of the patented ssDNA
intracellular expression vector to scientists at university research facilities. The kits are
scheduled to be in the laboratories in the first week of March, 1999.

CYGS holds the exclusive rights to the ssDNA expression vector under license from
InGene, Inc.

Researchers at nineteen universities, each trying to antisense a different gene, have
requested the kits. All have experienced the common problem of inserting specific
intact oligonucleotides into living cells in sufficient quantities to isolate the function of a
gene of interest.

"The ssDNA expression vector is the most promising technology yet developed to
overcome the "delivery" hurdle that stands between genetic research in the labs and an
effective antisense gene therapy in living organisms," said CYGS Financial V.P.,
Lawrence Wunderlich. "The word 'delivery' is somewhat a misnomer. Once our vector is
transfected it actually synthesizes single strands of the programmed DNA sequence
inside the cell."

The ssDNA vector kits will be provided to university investigators at cost for
non-commercial use only. The agreement under which the vector material will be
transferred to the universities will facilitate CYGS's documentation of the efficacy of the
combined vector and anti-sense technologies.
