Hello Vaughn, Personally I can tell you that I would be very disappointed if SUF were to issue 15 million shares for Lytton and that would probably be my last day as SUFfering shareholder. We have a gem of a company with earnings flowing in and cash in the bank. Sure it would be nice to grow a little but not a that cost, no way. I like the grass roots approach SUF is taking by acquiring an interest in Yamba Lake. Many juniors are falling on hard times and are cash poor and are willing to make deals with a cash rich company like SUF. SUF has a position of power with its cash and they must use this to our advantage. I'm hoping they will. If there are talks with LTL I'd rather see a JV with Lytton where SUF puts up the cash. At least that way you can walk away if things dont pan out. Andy
