i think they were going to withhold os if i remember correctly. perhaps someone else can fill in the details as i haven't been following msft closely. they also shafted apple. they told apple that if they made a pc version of quicktime then they would STOP making mac office suites. don't know how that was eventually resolved. that is how they think, though.
