I received further clarification from Maxam on mining permits:

<<Maxam owns a subsidiary company called Peoria Seven Mining LLC. It is a Limited Liability Company and is registered in the State of Arizona. All actions relevant to the Peoria Seven operation has been submitted in the LLC's name with the exception of the water well permit, that was requested in Maxam's name.>>

I sure wish so-called experts would do their own research!
