Globix appeared on my radar. Unbelievable that it trades at $26, but its forming a 2nd shoulder.
(Note: Globix filed to sell another 2Mil shares or so, adding to the tiny float.. but they are losing money... they lost $1.89 in the 4th quarter alone).
The balance sheet with 182M assets, 179M liabilities and 3M equity, along with operating losses of recently 42% of the turnover..., before interest, doesn't look healthy.
