Here are some more information. I called, talked to person named Jeff, he said the is the IR person. As mentioned from previous post the company is coming from a shell through a reverse split. >>>It's been trading under the symbol of HHHP since September. It's been a penny stock till Friday when it opened at $1.93 from a previous close of 1/4 and closed at $4+ on 36K in volume.<<< 8.4 MM shares outstanding 4.0 MM share restricted (one year) 4.4 MM float Pretty interesting ??? Please post further info on this company. BTW, it also took me a long time to log on to their website.
