Agreed. In his last SEC filing, he stated that he might add to his position. Why not buy at $1-3/4? Certainly better than the $2 he was offering in the buyout. I think he will try and accumulate as much as he can in the $1-3/4 to $2 range, then try another buyout offer, perhaps at $2-1/4 to $2-1/2.
