Hey Victor you are indeed funny. I said there is no real reason to believe the software is special. Okay so they just bought it and no one else other than San Diego is using it, therefore it goes without saying the jury is still out on this piece of software. Lets not make it the greatest thing in the world without any empirical evidence. Lets use some some facts here. Also as far as price. I again say the stock of late is going nowhere. It jumps in the morning and winds up at the end of the day where it started. Help yourself to this stock. I think it is worth exactly where it is selling. Where has revenues and earnings gone in the last three years. Has remained about the same. Doesn't say too much for that other part of their business that is suppose to be used by some real heavy weights. Where is the growth in this company? You might be in the business but that does not guarantee this stock. Now if several or many Utility companies jump for this software then I might be inclined to agree with you. But lets wait on that first.
