If it was not an intentional misleading, could you offer them more toleration? When one know it is simple, when one don't know it is difficult. The difficulties include: question or comments being stupid, hard to structure a question, question may be sensitive, question may be misleading...

This is centainly no wrong doing. However, if you use facts to prove your points you are not only help him but also a lot of others who read but not post. I know you worked hard to do your DD. I have learnt a lot by reading posts from CL,you,and others. I realy appreciate it. People do need to do their own DD to make a decision. But for different reasons, not everyone can or be willing to make a commitment on DD as strong as CL or you did.
