The filing for Dimension does not show an increase...in fact they showed 515,000 shares as of the last proxy statement. Wellington showed 490,000 (which is now liquidated according to their recent filing...so it is clear they have been a seller), Oppenheimer showed 320,000. It would appear that some of the notes on this board about Morgan are somewhat off the mark. Morgan, as owner of the class B shares (over 1,000,000 and about 20,000 warrants for class A @$5) may not convert those class B shares such that they wind up owning more than 5% of the subsequently outstanding class A shares...which as of the last proxy would have limited them to 311,000 shares (with another 800,000 + of Class B)....Not sure if they can convert, sell, convert some more, sell etc...but it would appear that they were capped at 311,000 class A shares as a basic position.
