I used to be an IDT shareholder, but sold my shares after the performance of the stock dwindled. However, I still liked their Net-2-Phone service so I kept the calling card. I've felt from time to time that the charges on my calling card weren't correct, but nevertheless, I never bothered inquiring about them until this weekend. I was out of town and made a couple of calls back home. I noticed when I made my first call the service told me I had 27 minutes of time remaining. I got an answering machine and left a message, therefore, the call couldn't have lasted more than a minute. When I made the next call, the service reported I had 21 minutes of call time remaining!!! So, I called the company up and asked them about it. She told me I should have been charged 8 cents a minute, but was charged 78 cents!!!!! She credited my account since both calls lasted under a minute, but couldn't figure out why I was charged so much, but said she would report it to her supervisor. Just think how many other customers are getting ripped off thinking they are making calls at 8 cents and 3 cents a minute!!! EVERYBODY PLEASE CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCES BEFORE AND AFTER EACH CALL USING NET-2-PHONE AND DON'T LET THEM RIP YOU OFF!!!
