Okay, I finally have just a few minutes to type. I visited SURG on February 1. I was met by Don Lawrence and introduced to all the employees there. The auditor was there to start work on the financials (first day there). I was not able to meet Frank Clark, as he was in New York on business, or Dr. Swor, who was out of the office, but I believe I met most everyone else. Quite frankly, I felt at ease there. They had "working" offices, not just "show" offices, if you understand what I mean here. Just the right amount of boxes/clutter, without overdoing it.

They were getting ready for a trade show for nursing supervisors and hospitals and have been doing some pretty heavy advertising in trade magazines. I saw one of the new displays that was in the lobby. Very futuristic looking. Impressive.

Installations are being done in New England - particularly Boston.

I did not ask about shareholder meeting. I am also assuming that financials should be out before March 31, as they are a reporting company.

My notes are at work, and I am at home, so I don't have extremely good details at the present. Please feel free to e-mail or PM if you have any specific questions.

One other thing. This is still a young company. They seem to be moving in the right direction (in my opinion). Just because they don't put out press releases doesn't mean that they are not working like crazy to make this company a success. I would much rather them work on customers and the future of the company's success, than let me know what is going on thru a press release. If I want to know something in particular, I pick up the phone and call. Anyone else can do the same. They are very cordial and try to answer all your questions. I have never been put off by this company, as I have by others. Patience will usually win out in the long run.
