Catching up on the posts - DBCC also had "credibility" problems. DBCC filed at least three amended S-1s but look what happened to the stock!!! Sorry Glenn, you may be articulate but I'm not convinced. NAVR will be in the high 20s upon announcement and the high 30s at least B4 the IPO trades. Neal
