I have zero GI problems from ibuprofen. I am worried about kidney damage - - a few days ago I was taking 800 mg ibuprofen every four hours, way too much, and I was wondering about opiates, like methadone. I have a client who suffers from intractable pain, he is on methadone, so I am familiar with it, but don't know how it would work on RA pain. For now the MSM has eased the pain, and possibly the inflammation. My knees have been swollen and it is hard to walk.
