[Questions]

SKi brought up a good point. Read through his posts concerning the network disclosue and John Grady - ADSL product manager BA. The network disclosure says ALA 1Q 99. I found that disturbing a month ago when I found it because WSTL/ALA compat. not ready till summer. Who would provide CPE until then?? NY seems like huge market to start using DMT if your are not satisfied with ALA CPE. Singapore seems to be satisfied with ALA CPE. Also, the discussion with John Grady is what gave me a sick feeling in my stomach! He said ALA was providing "complete solution", i.e. CO and CPE and that BEL would probably use other vendors in the future. I don't doubt that WSTL would get some of that business, but if it comes out in a press release all ALA with no mention of WSTL and MZ not allowed to say different, then hello 2.75 again easy!! Even so, I would like to stick with it if only for TI/AMTX, MOT, and LU reasons, but very difficult with current stock action. Please weigh in on Grady and possible BA press action.

Also, on another topic. As I was sifting through old TI, MOT, AMTX, and GTE press releases, I noticed that ORCTF was never mentioned as being a trial participant. I thought it strange since GTE picked them. Did ORCTF just win because of Frame Relay issue in GTE networks?
