I like FDX simply because it has a globally dominant position in a clearly critical business with enormous growth potential. Still hoping the price slides a bit, as I'd like to grab some more. I think a significant across-the-board correction is a better than 50:50 chance in the next 6-9 months, so I don't want to buy at this price. Always watching, though. Interesting to note that in a worldwide recession FDX would be hurt, but its competitors would be hurt worse, and the overall competitive position might well improve.
