Norm, I think what he is referring to is that the ratio is 1 share of BOOL = 0.675 shares of BMCS; in other words BMCS ought to be trading at 32.5% less than BOOL. I was able to pick up BMCS at almost 40% less than the then current price of BMCS back in December. BMCS was trading at $46 and change and I was able to buy BOOL at a bit less just about $28.

As the deal comes closer to closing the gap decreases. When Platinum announced that they would no longer oppose the merger the gap virtually disappeared.
