Spider,

I don't really know much about Ed Brody. Yes, he did work
for Financial Internet Group for several months. The only thing
I have heard about Ed is he went to work for a company from what
I understand, was as much of a loser as Airstar Technologies,
Maesa Gaming and all the other penny stock "flops." They
all lacked management capability and that is why they all sank.

The difference with Mako Capital is, I am going to put
a board of director's together that will run the company like it
should have been handled five plus years ago. We will raise capital
for the company and move it in a direction that will increase
its share value and make the shareholder's investment worth
something. As far as Ed Brody's opinion goes, he doesn't know
what Mako Capital is doing. I haven't seen or spoken to him
for at least two years. Therefore, I would value his opinion with a grain of salt. In addition, I'm not working with "fly by night promoters," I have had enough of them to last me a lifetime.

Mako Capital is dealing with firms out of New York who have
credentials and a track record of success.

If this approach had been taken with Airstar Technologies, it wouldn't
be in a chapter today.
