Mike, fundamentally, our rates still have a long way to go down, unfortunately, when the TA and FA do not jive, It is a good idea to heed the TA, and last Friday was a direction reversal. It may not be confirmed (namely a "fake out") but I would watch carefully before I jump on the long side. There is ample room between the 5.4% and 5.2% which would indicate that the breach was a fake.
