CCC's share price is in the toilet for three reasons.

1. Their leadership is not on the level of let's say WCOM or GE.

2. They make lots of PR news releases, but no profit.

3. Since the reverse split last year, they have continued to print stock certificates, register them and put them into the market. Their last S-8 shows over 20 mil shares outstanding. When you continue to dilute shareholder value to the tune of 66% per year to give options to insiders, you somehow send the wrong message to the marketplace.
