Bucketeering "brokerage" houses. Page 285. The old fashioned bucket shops are gone, though bucketeering "brokerage" houses still prosper at the expense of men and women who persist in playing the game of getting rich quick. Does this refer to brokers who sell short naked to clients? Would that be "bucketeering?" Does it still happen today? Rex
