World Leaders in ADSL Technology Discuss State of the Industry and Regulatory Issues in Washington, DC on March 2
Congressman Rich Boucher of Virginia to Kick-off Summit as Keynote Speaker
FREMONT, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 15, 1999-- World leaders in the telecommunications and computing industries will gather in Washington, D.C. for the ADSL Forum's Summit Meeting on Tuesday, March 2, 1999. The Summit Meeting will highlight new developments in the rapidly expanding technology sector, ADSL, with a focus on regulatory issues, industry projections and analysis, state of DSL -both full rate and lite, backbone and infrastructure as well as discussions regarding quality of service and service level agreements. ADSL Forum members and non-members are welcome to attend.

A panel of leading analysts from across the country, including Telechoice and Current Analysis, will discuss the technology and projections for deployment over the next decade. Attendees will also hear from industry leaders such as Covad, Allot Communications, Westell, Williams, Concentric Networks, Phoenix Group, and Telecom Partner Ltd. In addition attendees will hear from representatives from the FCC and Stanford University. With a full day of high-level panels discussing key issues facing ADSL, the Summit is sure to provide executives with a high-speed update on ADSL for the turn of the century.
