INFERENCE (INFR)-Fortune Magazine, March 1 issue, predicts that "customer service without human intervention is the wave of the furture". INFR is one of the companies that is mentioned. INFR has $3.50 per share in cash, and is a leader of software for INTERNET self-service and customer support. INFR's clients include AOL, Gateway etc. At $7 BID, INFR offers exceptional potential IMO.
