Internet Orders

<<Faxed orders were much cheaper than phoned in orders, and internet orders entered automatically into the system would be dramatically cheaper yet.>>

Carl: Are PROG's internet orders entered automatically into the system? Or are they perhaps reviewed the following day and then processed just like a fax order? Wouldn't there be concerns about potentially exposing the entire order entry system to hackers?

<<There is no doubt that every order entered in via the internet is a cost savings versus phoned in orders. If you have a number of order takers, this cost scales nicely with phone order volume, and phone expense does as well.>>

I agree that every faxed order saves money relative to telephone orders, but I'm not so sure about every internet order saving money relative to faxed orders, unless the entire credit review/order entry process is completely different.

Any clarification you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
