Joe, Bloomberg probably mis-read LS Capital's PR back in May (see post #250 for the PR link). JVWB's Edgar 10Q and 10K both say 1 A wt. gets 1 share and 2 B wts; and 2 B wts. get you 2 C wts. PR by LS Capital states 4 A wts gets you 4 shares and 8 B wts. Those 8 wts can then get you 8 C wts. So it takes 4 A wts, not just 1, to get 4 shares and 8 B wts. 1 A wt gets just 1 share and 2 B wts. Even with this exchange ratio; even with the possible redeemable feature (at JVWB $5); even with the big bid/ask spread on the wts.; they are still cheap. A good leveraged play if JVWB moves up.
