Technician: I have to disagree with all 3 of your pts.: (1) <Good reason could be that (Dell slowed a bit because) Compaq gained market share in 4Q> Covered ad nauseum today....Dell's slowing is mostly a myth (there was just a little bit)..Compaq's gains looked bigger than they were due to (relatively small, skewed market share total IDC reported for CPQ while they were cleaning out there channel...Look also at Gabriel DuBois and Chuzzlewit's posts today on this... (2) <Cpq on the move against Dell as proclaimed by 5fer> When has he not been proclaiming this...It means nothing...Should he be saying..."oh, by the way, we run scared everytime we go head-to-head with Dell"...BTW- I also hold some CPQ, but could use less quotables, and more execution... (3) <One was 4th Quarter 1992> You have to go back 6 years to find one? That speaks volumes (much more than your original statement)..
