I agree that whether the ad on the ONSL page was correctly stated or not, all YOU need do is call MSFT an 800 370-9272 and request the Office 97 SR-2 REPLACEMENT CD. Have your certificate with you so you can read the info to the MSFT order-taker.

They will suggest you go to the WEB, politely say "NO THANKS, I have no modem"

They will suggest you accept the "SR-2 PATCH" CD, say "NO", you'd rather get the REPLACEMENT CD.

That's all there is to it.

You can request the MSFT Windows98 Year 2000 Upgrade CD at the same time.
